Rethinking a decade-old education platform.

Since 2016, I've worked on mSRC, a platform supporting Ghana's education ecosystem. In 2026, I led the complete redesign of the mobile application using AI throughout product discovery, UX exploration and engineering.

Instead of simply refreshing the interface, we questioned every workflow, simplified reporting and rebuilt the experience around how headteachers actually work.

Generic AI isn't enough when accuracy matters. Authorigate uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation to retrieve relevant legal material before generating responses, producing grounded answers instead of unsupported opinions.

Ten years of WhatsApp chats, turned into structured data.

A two-stage parsing pipeline — regex first, LLM second — that converts a decade of raw WhatsApp order history into clean, structured records, now also powering customer-facing delivery documents.
